We are wildlife, forestry, and real estate specialists and have the unique ability to view a property through all three lenses. An area of our expertise we are very passionate about is designing and managing properties with an emphasis toward whitetail deer management and “huntability”. Simply put, we want to help you make your property the best it can be and maximize your enjoyment of it.

Kevin Daugherty, owner of ForestLand Associates, has almost 40 years of experience managing timber and recreational properties in Louisiana. He knows the native habitat and management practices that work (and don’t work) here. Our warm climate, vast pine forests, and deer populations create both opportunities and challenges that are unique to this area. Whether you want to better manage an existing tract of land or find and evaluate a new one, we’re here to help.
